What's the difference between support hours and maintenance hours?
Support hours cover strategic guidance, reviews, and consultations. Maintenance hours cover technical fixes like plugin failures, bugs, or outages. Both roll over if unused.
What happens if my website goes offline?
We'll restore your site within 24 hours or your money back. With daily cloud backups stored for up to 50 days, we can get your site back online quickly with one-click restoration.
How quickly will you respond to support requests?
All support requests are handled via email with a 24-hour response window. If you submit a maintenance ticket for a broken site, we'll address it right away using your maintenance hours.
I already have a website. Why do I need maintenance?

What if I don't use all my hours?

We provide malware removal services as an add-on if your site gets infected. For all tiers, we scan your site on an automated basis for vulnerabilities and will alert you immediately if we detect anything suspicious.
