Welcome to TradeSiteGenie Solutions, We provide performance-based websites, digital campaigns, and software maintenance services specifically designed for blue-collar businesses. By using any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

TradeSiteGenie Solutions offers the following services:

  • Genie Landing Page: 48-hour landing page system built for mobile, SEO, and lead conversion, with a pay-per-lead model.
  • Genie Site: Full website solution including booking, reviews, and lead tracking β€” launched in 48 hours.
  • Genie Maintenance: Ongoing support for WordPress sites, including plugin/theme updates, SEO tuning, backups, and quarterly support hours.
  • Genie Email Campaign: Done-for-you cold outreach system with personalized emails to drive booked calls.

Your plan may include a combination of the above depending on your selected package.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older and capable of entering a legal agreement
  • Own or operate a blue-collar business
  • Provide valid contact and payment information
  • Grant necessary access to your website or business tools for delivery

3. Subscription & Payment

  • All services are billed monthly or annually based on the selected plan.
  • Payments are processed through Stripe.
  • Most marketing services follow a performance-based pricing model (e.g., pay-per-lead).
  • Subscription renewals are automatic unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Missed payments may result in service suspension.

4. Support & Maintenance Hours

  • Maintenance plans include support hours per year (varies by tier).
  • Support hours can be used for edits, bug fixes, or marketing tweaks.
  • Maintenance services include plugin updates, SEO checks, backups, and performance tracking.
  • Unused hours roll over quarterly but expire at year-end.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate login credentials and business info
  • Do not install conflicting software/plugins without informing our team
  • Notify us of any major site or service changes
  • For marketing services, commit to timely communication and approvals

6. Service Availability & Response Times

  • Support hours: Monday through Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST
  • Non-emergency tickets responded to within 2 business days
  • Emergency (e.g., site down) requests prioritized and addressed as quickly as possible

7. Limitations of Service

Our services do not include:

  • Custom feature development or full redesigns (unless purchased separately)
  • Hosting support beyond maintenance scope
  • Recovery from hacked sites or malware (may refer to a partner)

8. Termination & Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime from your customer dashboard.
  • Service remains active through the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No refunds for time not used unless guaranteed as part of a performance clause.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services in the case of abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

9. Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for:

  • Data loss from third-party systems
  • Downtime caused by your hosting provider
  • Plugin conflicts from unauthorized changes

While we take strong precautions, uptime and lead volume are not guaranteed unless outlined in a custom SLA.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. You’ll be notified of material changes via email or dashboard notification.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Prince George’s County, MD.
