Due to the customized and resource-intensive nature of our work, all sales are final once work has begun or digital access has been granted.

B. No Service Rendered
If you request cancellation within 7 days of purchase and no service has begun (e.g., no kickoff call, intake form, or campaign build), you may request a refund.
C. Performance Guarantee (If Applicable)
If your contract includes a written performance-based clause (e.g., "Pay-Per-Lead Guarantee") and we do not meet the specified outcome, a refund or extended service may be provided, subject to your signed service agreement.
Once work has started â including design drafts, onboarding, copywriting, development, or outbound campaign setup â no refunds will be issued, regardless of client engagement or outcome.
