Refund Policy for TradeSiteGenie

At TradeSiteGenie, we take pride in delivering high-quality digital services, website development, lead generation campaigns, and performance-based marketing tailored for blue-collar businesses. We aim to deliver measurable results and meaningful value for every client.

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

1. General Policy

All payments made to TradeSiteGenie are non-refundable unless specifically covered under the exceptions outlined below or otherwise stated in writing. By purchasing any of our products or services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Covered Products & Services

Our refund policy applies to all of our service-based products, including:

  • Click Builder Website
  • Click Builder Landing Page
  • Click Support Website Maintenance
  • Inbox Igniter Campaign
  • Lead Magnet Add-Ons
  • Leads Loop Campaign
  • Home Front Paid Ads Campaign
  • Any other custom digital service under the Blue Collar Clicks brand

Due to the customized and resource-intensive nature of our work, all sales are final once work has begun or digital access has been granted.

3. Exceptions to the Policy

A refund (full or partial) may be issued under the following conditions:

A. Duplicate Charge

If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same service, we will refund the duplicate charge upon verification.

B. No Service Rendered

If you request cancellation within 7 days of purchase and no service has begun (e.g., no kickoff call, intake form, or campaign build), you may request a refund.

C. Performance Guarantee (If Applicable)

If your contract includes a written performance-based clause (e.g., "Pay-Per-Lead Guarantee") and we do not meet the specified outcome, a refund or extended service may be provided, subject to your signed service agreement.

4. No Refunds After Work Begins

Once work has started — including design drafts, onboarding, copywriting, development, or outbound campaign setup — no refunds will be issued, regardless of client engagement or outcome.

5. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, email support@bluecollarclicks.com with the following:

  • Full name and email associated with your account
  • Purchase date and service ordered
  • Reason for refund request

All requests are reviewed within 5–7 business days.

6. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting our team, we reserve the right to:

  • Deny future service
  • Submit documentation to dispute the charge

We value open communication and are committed to resolving issues fairly.

7. Policy Changes

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will only apply to future purchases.
